As the “altered reality” of J.J. Abrams’ new Star Trek movie closes in on its May 8 premiere, CBS/Paramount is teaming up with Wired.com to give away copies of this week’s new classic TrekDVDs.
Tuesday saw the release of the Season 1 box set of Star Trek: The Original Series on Blu-ray along with standard, single-DVD editions of The Best of Star Trek: The Original Series and The Best of Star Trek: The Next Generation. The “best of” sets include four favorite episodes from each series.
